Back in 2008, we sold an Armstrong sheet vinyl floor to Mr. and Mrs. Billings, a local couple who had some flood damage in their home. This past week, we got a visit from one of the homeowners; she came in to buy the Flooraid+ floor cleaner that we recommended to her way back then. We loved hearing her talk about how much she depends on Flooraid+ to keep her home pristine. “I’ve been using it ever since,” she told us. “If you ever quit carrying this, I don’t know what I’ll use!”
About once per week, she says, she sprays a little bit on a flip dust mop, and just goes over her floors lightly. If her husband tracks in more dirt than usual, she has to do it more often, but weekly is normally enough. She vacuums the floors monthly, and every few months, she mops the floor. A bottle lasts her two to three months.
Used like this, the cleaner leaves no residue, and it looks amazing. (We know, we’ve seen it!) Even though it’s a light color, the shine is still there, and there are no streaks at all.

Oh – and the OCedar Flip dust mop that Mrs. Billings uses is available here, too. She says that she just puts the mop part into the washing machine and washes it. The mops we have now come with an extra refill, too!
