DLVT means that floor designs are printed using high-definition scans of unique wood pieces. They are then printed directly on a plank, creating a unique pattern and authentic wood look and feel. Digital printing creates designs with five times more color clarity over traditional film products and each style includes over 30 patterns to ensure a unique variety and reduce repetition.
In addition to being beautiful, these floors are durable, too. They provide superior scratch resistance, are pet friendly (to reduce against pet scuffs), and include Evertuff Clearcoat®. This feature provides built-in protection using a UV coating instead of a traditional wear layer. A thick core layer is perfect for high traffic areas and provides indention protection from heavy objects and repeated use.
